Columbia River Spring Chinook Season Extended

Fishery managers from Oregon and Washington have added six additional days to the recreational spring Chinook salmon fishing season in the mainstem Columbia River downstream of Bonneville Dam. Commercial Salmon Troll Fishery Closures

Effective March 15, 2025, the commercial salmon troll fishery in the area between Cape Falcon, OR, and Humbug Mountain, OR, is closed through April 9, 2025. Additionally, the area between Humbug Mountain and the Oregon/California border is closed through April 14, 2025.ODFW+1ODFW+1

Ocean Salmon Season Updates

Seasons from May 16, 2025, through May 15, 2026, are currently being developed.
